If you have signed up for the waiting list, you will automatically receive an email when a spot becomes available. The first to respond and complete the booking will be assigned the spot.

Pain clinic Drop-in consultation
Do you have foot pain and are unable to make an appointment during our regular opening hours? Would you like to be seen more quickly without long waiting times? Then you are very welcome to join us during our weekly walk-in session.
We are happy to help you relieve your pain, so you can walk comfortably again. An accessible, professional service for anyone who wants to be helped quickly.
Every Thursday from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM, you can drop in without an appointment. Everyone who is present during this time will be assisted that same evening.
The first drop-in session starts on Thursday 23rd July.
Note: On Thursday 20th August, we will not be present due to holiday
During the consultation, we focus on short treatments designed to provide immediate relief from pain. For more extensive or regular treatments, you can visit us during the day. These can be booked when our schedule allows.
Most pain complaints, such as calluses, corns, an ingrown toenail, or other acute foot problems, can be resolved within 15 minutes. In exceptional cases, a treatment may take up to 30 minutes.
Rates:
Treatment up to 15 minutes: € 36,50
Treatment up to 30 minutes: € 49,00
You do not need to contact us in advance to indicate the reason for your visit. Therefore, booking for the drop-in consultation is not necessary.
During the consultation, we assess your complaint and consider what treatment is necessary.

You can make an appointment when our schedule allows. Through our online calendar, you can directly view our current availability. You can find this on the homepage of our website. To reserve your appointment, we require a deposit of 30%. The remaining amount will be settled after the treatment. Are there currently no available times that suit your preference? Then you can sign up for the waiting list. You will automatically receive an email as soon as a slot becomes available.

Are you unsure which treatment is most suitable? Then book a basic treatment of 30 minutes. During this appointment, we will assess your situation and can adjust the treatment if necessary. In 30 minutes, we have enough time to help you with your query. You can include any specifics in the comments field when booking, which the pedicurist will see on the day of your treatment.
After making an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your date, time, and practitioner. If for any reason you are unable to attend your appointment, this email includes two links to our online planner to reschedule or cancel the appointment. Please see the example below:

An appointment can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. If you wish to reschedule your appointment and no available times are displayed, this usually means that our schedule is fully booked for the upcoming period. In that case, you can contact us via WhatsApp so that we can look for a solution together.

For acute or painful complaints, you can book an appointment via our online planner under the option Targeted Treatment. If the waiting time is too long, you can also make use of our walk-in clinic. From 23 July, we will organise a walk-in clinic every Thursday from 17:30 to 18:00. Everyone who is present in the practice during this time will be seen that same evening.

We do not have a reception and are often unable to answer the phone during treatments. For questions that are not answered on our website, or if you are having difficulty with something, it is best to contact us via WhatsApp.

In general, we recommend a treatment every 6 weeks. Regular maintenance works preventively and helps to reduce or prevent foot complaints.
Our website is available in both Dutch and English. You can easily switch between the two languages in the menu bar at the top of our website. Then click on the down arrow and select English. All practitioners in our practice speak English.

Compliments and complaints are always welcome. We strive for the highest possible customer satisfaction and appreciate your feedback. Are you satisfied with our service? We would love to hear that. Do you have a complaint or a suggestion for improvement? Please fill in the contact form, and a ticket will be created to which we will respond. Together, we will look for a suitable solution.
Our practice is located on the ground floor and is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Please be aware that there is a raised threshold at the entrance, which may limit access with some wheelchairs.
We do not work directly with health insurers. However, we can provide an invoice after the treatment that you can submit to your health insurer for reimbursement, if you are eligible for a refund.

Unfortunately, treatment for an ingrown toenail is not covered by the health insurance provider. Only treatments through the general practitioner or the hospital are usually eligible for reimbursement.
Fungal nails are a persistent condition. Fortunately, we offer two treatment methods that achieve good results. The treatment of fungal nails is carried out as a process. You can schedule a free and non-binding intake appointment with us to discuss the options.

Yes, that is possible. However, the removal of calluses falls within our general basic treatment of 30 minutes. We use a callus softening product that needs to be applied first before the callus can be thoroughly removed. During this application time, we usually also take care of your nails. If you do not wish for this, you can indicate this during the appointment.
